Federal Register Notice Seeking Public Comment

The Bureau of Industry and Security has released an advanced notice of proposed rule making (ANPRM) in the Federal Register on controls for emerging technologies. To help inform this process, this ANPRM proposes several general areas for public comment. Given the challenges involved in identifying emerging and foundational technologies, this ANPRM will help Commerce and other agencies propose specific emerging technologies for control.
